Who is eligible to participate in the Roar Awards?
Business Owners from across Australia.
Is there a fee to participate or nominate a business for the awards?
Yes, there is only a fee when you enter. The cost is $99 ex GST per entry.
What do I need to do to enter?
You must answer all the questions provided in each category. Every entry also has the opportunity to present a 2 min video to support the application.
Who are the judges?
Judges will be announced soon.
Is there a ceremony or event to celebrate the winners?
Yes, our awards ceremony is held on the Gold Coast on June 21st, 2024. Find out more information here.

What are the different award categories available?
We have a wide range of categories. You can read all about them here.
How are the winners selected for each award category?
Each category will have a minimum of 3 judges, they will select their top 3 selections in each category based on a criteria provided for each category.
What is the benefit of entering the Roar Awards?
Entering Awards gives Business Owners the opportunity to reflect on their current practice and celebrate the past years' achievements. It also provides recognition by their local community for the impact they have through their hard work and innovation on a weekly basis in their business.
Do I need to be nominated to enter?
No, you don't need to be nominated to enter. Feel free to just enter the category you choose by clicking on the category box on the awards page.
How will the winners be notified?
Winners will be awarded at the Awards event on June 21st, 2024. If you are a winner but cannot be there in person, we can arrange to have your trophy sent to you, at the winner's expense.
Can I use the award logo or branding in my business marketing materials?
Yes, finalists will be provided Marketing collateral to use on social media to celebrate your finalist status.
